The History Of The Decadance Brand
Decadance has evolved from something which started as an event in a bar on a cold winterís night back in January 2007 in Bristol. This event was organised by founder, and then Kiss FM DJ, Ant Nichols. Ant was the drive time presenter on Kiss FM, and had spent a number of years working in music, nightclubs and radio.
The bar event grew and expanded to larger capacity clubs in Bristol, and then migrated over the Severn Bridge into Wales with the addition of monthly parties held in Cardiff, then Swansea and along the M4 to Swindon. As the club parties grew to other cities, so too did the variety, with the addition of dance tents at festivals and smaller more intermit events. After the south, Decadance moved north and parties were held in the North West, in Liverpool and Manchester, and more recently in London and on the South Coast in the party city of Brighton. As the events grew, so to, did the number of DJs and contacts who were connected with the brand.
Over the last 8 years Decadance has grown substantially to include a house and electronic dance music record label, radio shows which are broadcast worldwide, and more recently a fully operating creative marketing agency and DJ agency providing top quality professional DJ services to companies like you, with the added benefit that we cover the whole of the UK.
